Australian Idol 2006 winner Damien Leith continues to celebrate this week with his hit single 'Night Of My Life' flying straight to the top of the Motorola ARIA singles chart for a #1 debut. 'Night Of My Life', which has now been certified Platinum, is the fastest selling debut single for the year and was the most added to radio, scoring airplay on close to 100 stations across the country in its first week out!

Coming hot on the heels of the single is the CD/DVD set 'Damien Leith: The Winner's Journey' (in stores from this Thursday December 7), featuring Damien's complete Australian Idol journey from Final 12 to Final 2, including his amazing performances of 'Nessun Dorma', 'Crying', 'Hallelujah', 'Wicked Game' and of course, his #1 single 'Night Of My Life'.
Damien will be heading into the studio shortly to begin work on his debut studio album, set for release in early 2007.
